Holder agrees to a voluntary search of person and possessions at any time entering, while on-site, or departing the event. Cameras are permitted onsite as long as event material is not used for commercial purposes. Large video cameras will not be permitted onsite, except with Media approval in advance for Media accreditation. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, TICKETING PARTNERS, PARTICIPANTS, TORONTO OKTOBERFEST, JK PRODUCTIONS AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND

EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS WHATSOEVER. Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. Ticket(s) obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event for which ticket is issued. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.

In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, chairs, coolers, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued. This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, price includes all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available).

Please note the following ticket terms and conditions: This ticket is a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after the same. The service charge paid on this ticket is non-refundable in the case of cancellation of the event and liability for any loss or inconvenience experienced by any holder shall be limited to refund of printed price on the ticket held. Tickets if lost or stolen cannot be replaced. Treat this ticket as you would cash or a regular ticket. Do not copy this ticket. This bar coded ticket will only scan once then become void from our system – no further entries will be permitted. If for any reason a copy of a ticket is made, event staff will be able to verify the legitimate buyer by checking the credit card and/or photo ID. We recommend that all customers bring their credit card that was used to purchase this ticket. No exchange or refunds.
